  8. Interoperability Resources Environment (MIRE) as Client/Server Computing
  9. software, provides a consistent tool for the interoperability of dissimilar
  10. applications.  The technology enables groups of computers applications from a
  11. variety of vendors to work together transparently to share resources.  It also
  12. integrates virtually every platform, protocol, language and database, viewing
  13. interoperability resources as the objects through which information flow is
  14. based on Artificial Intelligence Rules.  Dialogue Switching Technology is a
  15. refinement of human dialogue switching.

  17. The principles used in human dialogues have been elaborated to obtain optimal
  18. applications interoperability.  In this way, human intelligence becomes the
  19. expert knowledge that is successively transformed to an Artificial
  20. Intelligence Ruleset of the dialogue switching technology.  A developer can
  21. implement Artificial Intelligence Rules to design the interoperability
  22. application that is called a Dialogue Switching Mission.
